摘要
随着我国市场一体化进程的加速,面对北京、上海、江苏等省市的强力竞争,广东原有的经济优势正在逐步消失;同时,广东省人口素质、人力资源结构难以适应产业结构调整的问题却日益突出。于是,如何科学地实施人才战略,尽快提高人口素质,便成为广东必须予以高度关注的重点问题。
With the acceleration of the integration of China's markets, and facing the strong competition from regions like Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu, Guangdong's original economic advantages are gradually disappearing. Meanwhile, in Guangdong, the problem of the quality of population and the inadequate adaptation of structure of human resource to the restructuring of industries are becoming increasingly outstanding. Thus, how to carry out a scientific strategy for human resource and improve the quality of the population becomes one of the focuses of Guangdong.
