摘要
基于电偏转抛射式快速成型(RP)工艺方法是通过电场控制带电颗粒的运动轨迹实现分层截面的成型,作者开发了电偏转的抛射式RP工艺的仿真系统.该仿真系统读入CLI格式的层面数据后,根据分层截面轮廓数据生成工艺规化和扫描路径,控制带电的颗粒进行扫描,并在计算机屏幕上实时模拟显示扫描轨迹及原型件的三维实体成型过程,为电偏转抛射式快速成型工艺的试验研究提供一定的理论依据.
Based on the electrostatic deflection spraying, the rapid prototyping (RP)is to form layered sections and make the prototype or part layer-by-layer by the deflection spraying of electrically charged powder granules passing through the electrostatic field.A numerical simulation system was developed for the electrostatic deflection spraying based RP process. The system can plan the process,generate and display the scanning path and simulate the forming process of the solid prototype or part according to the CLI format section data, which provides fundamentals and guidelines for the experimental exploration of the new rapid prototyping process.
