摘要
采用氧化性不同的炉渣和碳含量不同的镁碳砖进行粘渣试验 ,并且对粘渣层与镁碳砖之间结合状态进行显微镜观察。结果发现粘渣层与镁碳砖之间结合状态受炉渣氧化性和镁碳砖中碳含量的影响。采用含碳镁质材料调整炉渣氧化性以及如果改变传统的彻筑耳轴、渣线与炉底的镁碳砖中的碳含量 。
The slag bonding experiments are carried out by using the furnace slag of different oxidizability and MgO C Bricks with various carbon content and the bonding between the slag layer and the MgO C Bricks observed by microscope. Results show that the bonding conditions between the slag layer and MgO C Bricks closely depends upon the oxidizability of the furnace slag and the carbon content in the MgO C Bricks. The bonding between the slag layer and the MgO C Bricks can be remarkably improved by readjustment of the oxidizability of the furnace slag with carbon containing MgO material and by changes of the carbon contents of MgO C Bricks in the trunnion, slag line and furnace bottom.
