摘要
通过对武钢第一炼钢厂中间包包盖实际使用状况与破损形式的现场调研 ,分析了引起包盖破损的主要原因 ,制定了延长包盖使用寿命与改善包盖使用性能的综合技术措施 ,完成了高抗热震性莫来石—刚玉质浇注料的研究、长寿命中间包包盖的结构设计与工业性试验 ,取得了包盖寿命 2 8个浇次的试验效果 。
Based on the on site examination of the current state of tundish and damages to the tundish cover in No.1 Steel Plant of WISCO the primary cause to the damages of the cover was determined and analyzed and thereupon an integrated technological measure to prolong the campaign life of the tundish cover and improve the comprehensive properties of the tundish was drawn up and study and development of high shock resistant mullite-corundus castable completed at the same time. The design and industrial scale experiments on the structure of the tundish cover have been carried out and the result of a campaign life of 28 casting times for the cover achieved and the function of heat insulation protection of the cover strengthened as well.
