白内障人工晶状体植入术后低视力调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 分析白内障人工晶状体植入术后低视力的主要原因及处理方法。方法 回顾分析 1992年 5月~ 2 0 0 2年 2月我院施行现代白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术 (ECCE +IOL) 3 15 0眼 ,越声乳化人工晶状体植入术 (Phaco +IOL) 1780眼 ,共计 493 0眼术后低视力的发生率及主要并发症。结果 术后 1周低视力的发生率分别为 3 3 1%、2 2 5 % ,术后 3月分别为17 40 %、13 2 1% ,术后 1周自身眼疾导致的低视力占低视力患者 2 7 1% ,与手术并发症有关。结论 后房特别是囊袋内人工晶状体植入术效果肯定 ,但手术并发症是导致术后低视力的主要因素 ,减少手术并发症的关键是手术医师基本功的训练及手术方式的改进。 Objective To analyze the major reason and control way of low vision after cataract operation.Methods From May 1992 to February 2002,we performed cataract operation and IOL implantation (ECCE+IOL) in 3150 eye and cataract ultrasonic emulsification (Phaco+IOL) in 1780 eye.After operation,major complications and the occurrence rate of low vision was analyzed.Results One week after operation,the low rision rate were 33.1% and 22.5% for the two methods;3 months after operation,they were 17.4% and 13.21%;One week after operation,27.1% of low vision related to operation complications.Conclusion Operation complications are the major factors of low vision after cataract operation.
