白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的原因及处理

Causes and management of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification for cataracts

目的 探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中后囊破裂的原因和处理方法。方法 对 2 65例超声乳化手术中发生的后囊破裂的情况、处理方法和结果进行总结分析。结果 发生后囊破裂 16例占 6 0 4%。随访 6～ 12月 ,视力 0 5～ 1 2者 12例 ,占 75 0 % ;低于 0 5者 4例占 2 5 0 %。结论 提高手术技巧 ,及时发现并正确处理后囊破裂是提高手术效果的主要因素。

Objective To analysis the causes and management of rupture of posterior capsule in the phacoemulsification for cataracts.Methods Phacoemulsification and PC-IOL implantation were performed in 265 eyes.The patients with rupture of posterior capsule were followed up for 6-12 months.Results There were 16 cases (6.04%) with rupture of posterior capsule.The visual acuity were 0.5-1.2 in 12 cases, <0.5 in 4 cases.Conclusion To advance surgical technique,identify early and correct management of rupture of posterior capsule are important for clinical prognosis.
