小梁切除联合干扰素应用治疗新生血管性青光眼

Trabeculectomy and interferon-alpha 2b for neovascular glaucoma

目的 评价小梁切除术联合干扰素结膜下注射治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床应用效果。方法 2 1例新生血管性青光眼 ,均采用巩膜瓣下小梁切除术 ,术后结膜下注射α 2b干扰素 ,隔日一次 ,共 12次。结果 所有患者随访 1～ 2年 ,2 1例术后眼压均低于 2 1mmHg( 1mmHg =0 13 3kPa)。 19例存在功能性滤过泡 ,虹膜及前房角处新生血管退缩无残留。结论 小梁切除术联合干扰素应用是治疗新生血管性青光眼的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of trabeculectomy combined with interferon-alpha 2b (IFN α-2b)for neovascular glaucoma.Methods 21 cases with neovascular glaucoma were treated by subscleral flap trabeculectomy and IFN α-2b subconjunctival injection every other day after operation.Results All patients were followed up 1-2 years,the postoperative intraocular pressures were all less than 21 mmHg in 21 cases,effective filtering blebs formations existed in 19 cases,no regenerative neovascular vessel remained in irises and angles.Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with IFN α-2b is an effective treatment for neovascular glaucoma.
