偏侧咀嚼对大鼠下颌骨生长发育的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨偏侧咀嚼对下颌骨发育的影响。方法 :建立偏侧咀嚼大鼠动物模型 ,8周后处死 ,取下颌骨进行软 X线摄片、定点 ,运用图像分析仪测量线距。结果 :下颌骨长度、下颌骨体长度实验组较对照组增长 ,实验组非咀嚼侧较咀嚼侧增长 ;髁状突高度实验组咀嚼侧与非咀嚼侧都明显低于对照组 ;喙突高度实验组咀嚼侧明显高于对照组 ,而咀嚼侧与非咀嚼侧、非咀嚼侧与对照组无明显差异。下颌角高度的测量结果显示 ,实验组咀嚼侧与非咀嚼侧不同 ,咀嚼侧低于对照组 ,非咀嚼侧高于对照组。结论 :偏侧咀嚼使下颌骨长度、下颌角的发育不对称 ,髁状突高度发育不足 。 ObjectiveTo study the effect of hemimastication on the growth of mandible in rat. MethodsRat models with hemimastication were built up, and sacrificed 8 weeks later. Mandibula were resected for soft X ray radiographing and pointing, then the distances between the points were meatured with graph analysis system. ResultsAs for the lengthes of mandibula and mandibular bodies in experimental group increased compared with control group, and the non mastication side increased compared with mastication side in experimental group; the condyloid process heights of mastication and non mastication side in experimental group were lower than those in control group; the coracoid height of mastication side in experimental group was obviously higher than that in control group. While between mastication side and non mastication side, non mastication side and control group, no differences could be found. The results of the height of mandibular angle measuring showed that there were some differences between the mastication and non mastication side in experimental group, the height of mandibular angle of mastication side was lower than that of control group, and the height of mandibular angle of non mastication side was higher than that of control group. ConclusionHemimastication may contribute to the asymmetry growth of mandibula and mandibular angle, deficient growth of the condyloid process, which suggesting that hemimastication can influence the growth of mandibula.
