摘要
本文通过分析浙江省地矿厅所属地勘单位三年来实行承包经营责任制所取得的成效和问题,提出完善地勘单位承包经营责任制的几点意见。
With a review of the successes achievod by the prospe-cting units under the Zhejiang Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resourcesin contracted management over the past three years, and the problemsexisted therein, the author offers several suggestions for further imppro-ving the contractual managerial responsibility system exercised by geolo-gical prospecting units.
