本文对地质经济运行机制和国家经济运行机制作了一些比较,认为地质经济运行机制改革的原则是要能够适应社会主义有计划商品经济的要求,重点是要赋予地勘单位充分的经营自主权。
By comparing the operational mechanism of geologicaleconomy with thatof the national economy, the author holds that reformof the former should adhere to the principle that it must suit the demandsof socialist planned commodity economy and focus on permitting the geolo-gical prospecting units to have full power to make their own decisions.
