PGE对糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化家兔氧化应激的影响 被引量:1

摘要 家兔实验动物分为DM性AS模型对照组、PGE1组和PGE2 组 3组 ,采用PGE1和大剂量PGE2 静脉给药两个疗程 ,测定血浆NO、SOD、LPO、OXLDL及NO/OXLDL的水平。结果实验结束后 ,PGE1组血浆NO〔( 2 5 9 62± 6 0 8)mol/L〕、SOD〔( 1 4 0 94± 3 61 )NU/mL〕及PGE2 组NO〔( 2 67 3 8± 8 3 1 )mol/L〕、SOD〔( 1 4 4 8±4 46)NU/mL〕均高于模型对照组 ,而PGE1组血浆LPO〔( 6 61± 0 1 3 )mol/L〕、OXLDL〔( 4 3 81± 3 2 8)NU/ml〕及PGE2 组LPO〔( 6 3± 0 0 89)mol/L〕、OXLDL〔( 4 0 61± 2 3 7)NU/mL〕均低于模型对照组。并且PGE2 作用强于PGE1。结论PGE1和大剂量PGE2 可升高NO/OXLDL、SOD/LPO比例 ,从而保护血管内皮功能 ,对抗氧化应激 ,从而抑制DM性AS发展。
