摘要
本文通过近几年广西有色地勘局204队实行储量承包的实践情况,认为储量承包保证了地质找矿为中心的主导地位,调动了广大职工的积极性,提高了找矿成果和经济效益。文章还对目前储量承包中存在的问题及进一步完善途径提出了看法。
Based on the practice of contracting for mineral reservestaken up by the No. 204 Team under the Guangxi Geological prospectingBureau of China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation in thepast few years, the author believes that contracting of mineral reservesnot only ensures the dominant position of ore-searching in diversifiedeconomy of the geological prospecting units but also helps to give rein tothe enthusiasm of the workers and staff, thus bringing about more prosp-ecting accomplishments and economic results. Measures to solve the prob-lems existed in such a practice are put forward for its further improvement.
