本文认为,对地勘业的基础产业地位,不能仅以三次产业理论来认识,而是要立足于更完整的产业经济理论上;也不能仅以矿产地质角度来研究,而要从“大地质观”出发。从而全面、完整地确立地勘业的基础产业地位。
The role of the geological prospecting trade in nationaleconomy as an infrastructural industry cannot be viewed from the thirdindustrial theory, but should be based on a more complete theory ofindustrial economy. Neither can it be studied from the point of mineralresources geology, but from a 'general geological outlook'. Only thuscan the position of the geological prospecting trade be recognized as aninfrastructural industry in an all-round way.
