摘要
文章回顾了近十多年来四川省地矿局系统地勘单位改革的历程,分析了地勘单位的现状,提出了深化改革的构想。对深化改革的基本思路和指导原则、体制模式的取向和框架结构,进一步改善地勘单位内部条件和外部环境等问题作了探讨。
With a retrospect of the course of reform of the geolo-gical prospecting units under the Sichuan Bureau of Geology and MineralResources over the past ten-old years and an analysis of their presentsituation, the author puts forward his views on how to deepen the reform.Discussions are made on such matters as the direction and guiding prin-ciple of reform, the choice and framework of the model of structure,improvement of both internal and external environments, and others.
