本文介绍了冶金工业部第一地质勘查局物探队深化改革、调整生产结构所取得的成效及其主要经验和当前存在的问题,认为该队成功的经验表明,地勘单位的出路关键在于搞好干部知识的观念更新,结合实际不断深化改革,强化管理,真抓实干,走内部挖潜的发展道路。
The article recounts the successes and experience gainedby the Geophysical Prospecting Team of the No. 1 Metallur-GeologicalBureau in deepening its reform and readjusting its production structure,including the existing problems. The author deems the achievements andexperience of the said team showed that the only ways for the geologicalprospecting units to survive are to renew the concepts of their workersand staff, deepen reform in the light of actual conditions, enhancemanagement, do practical and solid work and make efforts to tap latentpower inside their respective units for further development.
