提高酯硬化水玻璃砂常温强度及溃散性研究 被引量:7

摘要 对酯硬化水玻璃砂的性能特征进行了分析 ,就提高酯硬化水玻璃砂常温强度及溃散性的措施与方法 ,进行了试验研究和探讨 .结果表明 ,影响水玻璃砂常温强度及溃散性的因素包括水玻璃的种类及模数 .原砂的品质、水玻璃的加入量、环境温度及湿度等 . The normal temperature strength and collapsibility of sodium silicate sand are always two contradictory property indices in this kind of mounding sand. Some properties of sodium silicate sand hardened by ester were analyzed,and the improvements of the normal temperature strength and collapsibility of sodium silicate sand were investigated. The results show that,the main factors of affecting the normal temperature strength and collapsibility include the sodium silicate binder quality and its quantity added,the raw sand quality, and temperature and humidity in work surrounding.
