摘要
主要介绍了热轧带钢层冷系统中的控制模型及控制策略 ,包括液位控制、目标卷取温度的前馈控制和带有 Smith预估器反馈控制等。其中通过液位控制可以得到稳定的液位 ,这对保持集管流量的稳定和上位机预设定的精度都是非常重要的。卷取温度的前馈控制和反馈控制对卷取温度控制精度的提高是必不可少的手段。这些控制模型和控制策略已经在工厂中得到应用 ,并且取得了很好的控制效果 。
Control models and control strategy of hot strip mill's laminar cooling system,including water level control,feedforward control and feedback control of coiling temperature with Smith predictor,are introduced.Steady water level can be got by water level control,which is very important for water flowrate stabilization and process computer setup precision.Feedforward control and feedback control are necessary for precise coiling temperature control.The control models and control strategy have been used on site with good performance,which testifies that the control methods may be applied to other hot strip mill's laminar cooling systems.
