高校财务管理在学校管理中处于十分重要的位置,涉及到学校教学管理、科研管理、行政管理、后勤管理等工作的开展和师生员工的切身利益,关系到学校管理工作和事业的发展。高校要在市场竞争中取胜,必须强化财务管理,多渠道筹集办学经费,合理配置教育资源,不断改善办学条件,提高教育质量和办学效益,培养国家需要的大批高素质创新人才。

Financial Management of Colleges and Universities involves teaching management, science and research management, administration and logistic management. It is in the very important position of the whole school management. Financial management is related to the development of the colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should strengthen financial management, raise educational funds from various sources and reasonably arrange and allocate educational resources in order to improve educational condition, quality, and efficiency and then cultivate high quality students.
