University Core Competence in Economic Globalization

中国高等教育进入到大众化教育阶段以后,各个大学日益被卷入到激烈竞争的旋涡和自我选择之中。因此,全力增强高等学校的核心竞争力关系到学校的生存与发展。学校应努力加强队伍建设,全力打造一流学科,千方百计提高教育质量和管理水平,把提高核心竞争力作为自己的工作重心。

As the High Education in China has evolved into a new phase of Popularization Education, almost all the institutes of high education have been involved in fierce competition and self-decision. Therefore, it has become an essential issue for the survival and development of an institute of high education to fully strengthen its Core Competence. Institutes of high education should focus on strengthening the Core Competence by means of improving faculty qualification, promoting first-class subjects, ensuring quality control and enhancing administrative efficiency.
