毛泽东同志历来高度关注人才问题,在人才标准或培养人的规格问题上,他始终坚持"德才兼备"、"红专统一";指出人才要在认识和改造世界、改造客观和主观世界的统一中成长;强调人的发展是一个主体能动积极的过程,要给学生以学习的主动权。

Mao Zedong was greatly concerned about the question of talent in his life.On the problem of talent standard or the level of talent cultivation,he always insisted that the morality and ability,the loyalty and specialty should be integrated in talents characters.He pointed out that talents should grow up in the systematic course of understanding and transforming the world,transforming the objective and subjective world.He emphasized that the development of a person's ability was a motile process,and students should be authorized the initiative to study.
