高校青年教师责任意识的探析

Analysis of the young college teachers' responsibilities

当前高校青年教师责任意识呈现出弱化的趋势。通过对其责任意识弱化的内、外因分析,采取加强青年教师的思想教育工作,完善对教师的德育评价体系,推进高校人事制度改革等措施来强化和促进青年教师责任意识的形成。

At present, young college teachers' responsibilities toward their work are becoming weaker. By analyzing the inner and outer reasons for such a result, we find that in order to improve the young college teachers' responsibilities, we must pay more attention to guiding those young teachers, and on the other hand, we have to perfect the evaluation system of the teachers' morality, to promote the reform of personnel system of colleges.
