摘要
分析了生产过程中各参数对井冈霉亚基胺 A产率和井冈霉素转化率的影响 ,确定了生产井冈霉亚基胺 A的最适培养条件 :T30℃ ,p H6 .0 ,[S]=80 g/L,接种量 10 % ,t=36 h。同时得到了菌体生长、基质消耗和产物合成动力学 ,模型的拟合结果和实验值能较好的吻合。
The parameters which affected the process of the production of validoxylamine A and the hydrolysis of validamycins were investigated. The optimal operation conditions (30℃, pH6.0, 80mg/ml validamycin, 10% inoculation and 36h cultivation) were established. The kinetic models about biomass growth, substrate consumption and product accumulatoin were also obtained, and the simulated results agree well with the experimental data.
