摘要
对某车辆传动变速箱的温度分布 ,采用有限元方法进行了分析。并对变速箱局部机构粘性剪切发热机理和热源热流分配进行了探讨。该研究使用ANSYS有限元软件的热分析模块进行变速箱热传导分析计算。研究结果表明 ,外毂摩擦片壁面间液体的粘性剪切热流率在箱体稳态热平衡中起主导作用。
This paper presents a finite element analysis of the thermal generation and temperature distribution of a vehicle's transmission gearbox. The frictional heat generation and heat flow distribution of some parts of the gearbox are investigated. The thermal module of the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the heat transfer of the gearbox. Finally, some valuable conclusions are obtained.
