摘要
本文从理论上提出了政府资源规划(GovernmentResourcesPlanningGRP)的概念,探讨了GRP的特点和意义,分析了GRP的结构层次和功能层次。作者希望通过GRP的理论和方法的建构与研究,为我国政务信息化建设提供理论支持。
In the paper, the theoretical framework of Government Resources Planning (GRP) is discussed. Based on the definition of GRP, the architecture and function hierarchy are analyzed and the properties of GRP are described. With the theory and methodology of GRP, the e-government will be more efficient and effective.
