摘要
用环保高效排杂净化熔剂对6063铝合金进行净化处理,并用OM、DTA、XRD、SEM等探讨了该熔剂的净化效果及对提高该材料力学性能的作用。结果表明:采用XRJ 2熔剂在特定的过滤处理工艺条件下,其排杂净化效果显著,除杂率和气孔降低率分别达52.26%和86.05%。
The 6063 aluminum alloy is purified with the self-designed high-efficient purification flux for removing inclusions, and the effects of the flux on purification of removing inclusions and the mechanical properties of aluminum sheet are studied by means of OM, DTA, XRD, SEM etc. It is found that XRJ-2 flux has a remarkable effect of purification of removing inclusions with the specific filtrating technology, that is, the rate of removing inclusions and the extent of lowering porosity could amount to about 52.26% and 86.05% respectively. Thus, the mechanical properties of the material is improved remarkably, especially the relative increase of elongation (δ) is about 54.47%.
