果洛地区冬季驱除绵羊线虫的效果监测

Examination of Deworming Effect for Thread-worm of Sheep in Winter in Guoluo Area

在果洛地区应用阿维菌素、丙硫咪唑对放牧绵羊进行冬季 ( 1～ 2月 )一次投药后的防治效果进行监测。结果 :阿维菌素、丙硫咪唑投药羊与未投药羊比较 ,绵羊胃肠道线虫卵平均EPG分别低 43 .3 4%和 67.3 1% ;肺线虫幼虫分别低74.2 7%和 90 .5 7%。证明二种药物均能在较长时间内保持绵羊体内低荷虫量 ,能有效阻止线虫春季高潮 ,减少春乏死亡。

The prophylactic-therapeutic effect for the endoparasite of grazing sheep administered avermectin and albendazole in winter in Guoluo area was examined.The results showed that the average EPG of the thread-worm in gastrointestinal tract of the sheep administered avermectin and albendazole was 43.34% and 67.31% lower than that of the sheep not administered the drugs,and the one of lung thread-worm was lower 74.27% and 90.57% resp.It was proved that the low thread-worm number in the sheep could be maintained by both drugs in the longer period.
