门源马骨营养状况的检测

Examination and Determination of Bone Nutritional Condition for Menyuan Horse

对门源县 3 8匹马的骨营养状况指标进行了检测。结果发现 :门源马的血清钙浓度为 2 .68mmol L ,血清无机磷浓度为 1.3 6mmol L ,血清碱性磷酸酶活性为 66.0 4IU L ,血清羟脯氨酸含量为 15 .2 6μmol L ,均处于正常的范围。按性别组间比较 ,公马的血清钙浓度显著高于母马的 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其他各项指标均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。

Menyuan horses were used to examine and determine the indexes of bone nutritional condition.The resules showed that the concentration of serum calcium was 2.68mmol/L,the one of serum inorganic phosphorus was 1.36mmol/L,the activity of alkaline phosphatase was 66.04IU/L,the content of serum oxyproline was 15.26μmol/L.These indexes were in the normal range.The concentration of serum calcium in male horse was significantly more than that in female (P<0.05).There was not significant difference in other indexes between made and female (P<0.05).
