对阿基米德蜗杆的加工车刀和路线进行数学分析 ,再在 CATIA当中仿照加工过程生成模型。并对生成的模型进行了数学理论和实际建模的外形校核。介绍了一种新的建模思路。

Through analysing the machining process of Archimedes worm′s,this paper introduced a method of Archimedes worm's precise modeling in the environment of CATIA. A practical example is demonstrated that proves the method's correctness.
