摘要
主要对适时生产系统中一些与成本相关的问题如实施、产品输送物流、适时采购、需求预测及意外事件等进行了讨论 ,并提供一些成功解决问题的方法。也对相关的全面质量管理和持续改进等问题进行了论述。
This paper mainly discusses some issues such as JIT implementation,product delivery logistics,JIT purchasing,demand forecasting and unexpected events related to cost,and provides ways companies have successfully conquered them.This paper also discusses some questions about total quality management and continuous improvement of the JIT system.
