摘要
介绍了国内外目前以 PSA技术进行空气分离制备氧气所用沸石分子筛吸附剂的研究状况。从研究结果来看 ,N2 吸附容量和 N2 / O2 分离选择性的提高主要通过对沸石分子筛 4 A和 13X进行离子交换 ,以对其表面进行改性 ,从而调整对 N2 、O2 的吸附性能。另外 ,沸石分子筛制备过程中的硅铝比和成型条件等对 N2 和 O2 的吸附也有一定的影响。
This paper reviewed research of zeolite adsorbents for preparation of oxygen through the air separation by PSA technology.The result indicated the capacity of nitrogen adsorption and the selectivity of nitrogen/oxygen can be improved through using ion-exchanged 4A and 13X type zeolite by various cations.Meanwhile,the other influence factors are also discussed,such as silicon and aluminum ratio in the preparation process and the form condition.
