摘要
叶黄素是一种天然的、具有双重功效 (增色和营养 )的食品、医药添加剂。综述了近年来国内外叶黄素的提取及应用研究进展 ,并提出了实现工业化需要深入研究的几个方面内容。
Lutein,a natural food and medicinal additives,can be used as eatable pigment and nourishment.This paper reviewed lutein progress of the application and extraction in the national and international,and also gave out some key research problems when industrilization.
