摘要 样品以盐酸溶解 ,加入过氧化氢助溶 ,蒸至近干 ,加入 1+1盐酸提取 ,移入 10 0 m L容量瓶中 ,分取部分溶液于 5 0 m L容量瓶中 ,调整盐酸酸度为 5 % ,用水稀至刻度 ,摇匀后 ,以空气 -乙炔火焰水相直接测定锌和铁。为了消除大量基体元素的影响 ,在标准系列中加入相当量的铝。此方法快捷、简便 ,亦可用于锰、镁、铜、铅、镍的测定。 The sample was firstly dissolved in hydrochloric acid with hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) as promoting solvent and vaporized to almost dry.Then 1+1 hydrochloric acid was added to dissolve the material again.The solution was shifted into the 100 mL glass bottle.Part of the solution was shifted to a 50 mL glass bottle and the acid degree was adjusted to 5 %.After that the content of Zn and Fe in the water phase were directly measured by the air-ethyne flame.To exclude the effect of the base element,the corresponding amount of aluminium was added into the standard series.The method is quick and convenient and can be used to maesure the content of Mn,Mg,Cu,Pb and Ni.
