准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术后2年疗效分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Laser In Situ Keratomileusis Two Years after Surgery

目的评价准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视的远期疗效。方法对95只眼屈光度-1.00～-16.50D之LASIK术后2年的结果进行分析。将其按屈光度分为两组:组Ⅰ≤-6.00D(43只眼),组Ⅱ>-6.00D(52只眼),术后10d、1、3、6个月、1年、1年6个月、2年行视力、屈光度、角膜曲率(K)值的随诊观察。结果LASIK术后角膜曲率(K)值和6个月后屈光度趋于稳定。术后2年:组Ⅰ裸眼视力≥1.0者为40只眼(93.02%),≥0.8者43只眼(100%);组Ⅱ裸眼视力≥1.0者37只眼(71.15%),≥0.8者45只眼(86.54%),≥0.5者50只眼(96.15%),<0.5者2只眼(3.85%)。术前屈光度:组Ⅰ(-4.14±0.86)D,组Ⅱ(-9.00±1.64)D;术后2年屈光度:组Ⅰ(-0.04±0.14)D,组Ⅱ(-0.08±0.20)D。两组术前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。角膜曲率(K)值:术前K值:组ⅠK1(44.31±0.78),K2(42.83±0.87),组ⅡK1(45.46±1.00),K2(43.97±1.00);术后2年K值:组ⅠK1(40.11±1.23),K2(38.86±1.29),组ⅡK1(38.01±1.73),K2(37.07±1.71)。两组术前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论LASIK治疗低中度和高度近视均疗效显著,且安全可靠。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)for myopia after2year follow-up.Methods LASIK surgery was performed for95eyes(49cases)with refractive dioptres(from-1.00to-16.50D),and then followed up for more than2years.The preoperative spherical equivalent was-1.00～-16.50(-6.73±2.02)D.Patients were divided into two groups in cluding groupⅠwith mild to moderate myopia(≤-6.00D)and GroupⅡwith severe myopia(more than-6.00D).Results In groupⅠ,uncorrected visual acuity more than and equivalent to1.0was in40eyes(93.02%),more than and equivalent to0.8in43eyes(100%).In groupⅡ,uncorrected visual acuity larger than and same as1.0was in37eyes(71.15%),larger than and same as0.8in45eyes(86.54%),larger than and same as0.5in50eyes(96.15%),and less than0.5in2eyes(3.85%).The mean spherical equivalent changed from(-4.14±0.86)D to(-0.04±0.14)D in groupⅠand from(-9.00±1.64)D to(-0.08±0.20)D in groupⅡ.Significant difference was seen in these two groups(P<0.001).The keratometric powers(K)were reduced from(44.31±0.78)to(40.11±1.23)and from(45.46±1.00)to(38.01±1.73)respectively,which showed significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The effectiveness of LASIK for mild to moderate myopia or severe myopia is promising and safe.
