对高校弘扬和培育民族精神的思考

On Expanding and Cultivating National Spirit in Universities

大学是培养民族精神的重要阵地,大学生是弘扬民族精神的生力军,因此,弘扬和培育民族精神是高等教育的神圣职责。高校应该将民族精神作为大学生政治思想素质和健全人格培养的一项重点内容,纳入高等教育的各个环节中,特别是纳入思想政治教育的体系中,而且要通过进一步加强思想政治教育、历史教育、国情教育、时事和世情教育等多种方式达到弘扬和培育民族精神的目的。

Universities are in important position of cultivating national spirit and college students are the chief supporters of expanding national spirit.So one of the sacred duties of higher education is to expand and cultivate national spirit.Universities should take national spirit as the key part of its ideological and political education,and think highly of it over through the whole higher education by reinforcing political education,historical education and discussion of current issues.
