摘要
牙轮钻机是大型露天矿的重要设备之一,牙轮钻头是牙轮钻机的主要易耗部件,其设计制造质量对钻孔效率和生产成本影响很大,本文主要论述了牙轮钻头牙爪磨削定位及磨削方案的设计。
The teathed drilling bit is operating tool of mining drill equipment which is on of large equipment for mining open pit.The design and production quality of bit exert significant effect to drilling productivity and cost.The paper expounds above all on grinding orientation and pattern design for processing the jaw journal of teethed drilling bit.
