摘要
实验研究了锌精矿在FeCl3-HCl体系中浸出与四氯乙烯萃取硫磺的耦合。考察了常压条件下浸出温度、浸出时间、四氯乙烯的加入量对锌浸出的影响。实验结果表明 ,在 85℃、FeCl3浓度为3mol/L、盐酸浓度为 2mol/L、表面活性剂浓度为 0 2 g/L条件下 ,加入 2 0mL四氯乙烯 ,锌的浸出率在 4h内达到 96 7% ,与不加四氯乙烯的普通浸出相比 ,锌的浸出率提高了 2 0 % ,简化了单质硫回收的复杂过程 ,降低了成本。
The coupling of sphalerites leaching in FeCl 3-HCl with tetrachloroethylene extraction of sulphur is investigated The effects of leaching temperature and time,tetrachloroethylene addition on zinc leaching process are examined separately The results indicate that 96 7% of zinc is leached within 4 hours,at 85℃,in the solution of 3 mol/L FeCl 3,2 mol/L HCl and 0 2g/L surfactant and in the presence of 20mL tetrachloroethylene As compared with common leaching without addition of tetrachloroethylene,the extraction ratio of zinc is increased by 20% with simplified flowsheet of sulphur extraction and decreased cost The coupling effect is distinct
