摘要
介绍了某油页岩脱油残渣制备白炭黑的工艺 ,采用煅烧、酸浸和氯化焙烧等提纯作业 ,可有效地除去油页岩脱油残渣中的Fe和TiO2 等显色杂质矿物 ,最终产品含SiO2 91 5 3 % ,而Fe和TiO2 分别降至 0 0 4%和 1 5 1% ;产品的白度为 83 5。实现了资源的综合利用 ,具有良好的经济、环保和社会效益。
This paper introduces the technology of preparing white carbon black using deoiled residue of oil shale. Impurities such as Fe, TiO 2 can be effectively removed from the waste residue, adopting such purification operations as calcination, acid leaching and chloridizing roasting. The content of SiO 2 in the final product is 91.53% , while the Fe and TiO 2 contents of the final product are reduced to 0.04% and 1.51% respectively. The whiteness degree of the product may be up to 83.5. The comprehensive utilization of the waste material has been achieved, and the economic, environmental and social benefits are good.
