摘要
四针状氧化锌晶须 (T -ZnOw)是晶须家族中目前发现的唯一具有规整三维空间结构的四针状晶须。由于其独特的空间四针状结构 ,以及特有的半导体、压电、吸波等特性 ,除了用作复合材料的增强体外 ,该晶须还可作为结构材料、功能材料等 ,在国防、电子、化工、交通等领域发挥巨大的作用。本文简述了四针状氧化锌晶须的结构、特性、制备方法 。
The tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker (T-ZnOw) is the sole tetrapod-like whisker in crystal whisker family, which has clear and neat three-dimensional space structure. Because of its special space structure and unique characters of semiconductor, piezoelectricity and wave absorption, the tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker can be used not only as the reinforcer of composite materials but structural and functional materials, etc., playing an important role in national defense, electron, chemicals and transportation industries. In this paper, the structure, characters and preparation of the tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker as well as its application, as a filler, in composite materials are briefly stated.
