摘要
针对原 190kA大型预焙阳极电解槽槽电压、温度和能耗高的问题 ,对电解质成分、槽电压和电解温度等工艺技术参数进行了调整。调整后新的工艺技术条件为槽电压 4 11V、电解质分子比 2 5、电解温度 95 0℃ ,电流效率达到 93 7% ,吨铝直流电耗比调整前降低了 1173kW·h。实践证明 ,大型预焙槽低电压操作工艺是切实可行的。本文对电解质成分、电解温度和槽电压的调整方法进行了论证 。
For solving the problems of high voltage, temperature and energy consumption of 190kA PB cell, the bath composition and technological parameters such as cell voltage and bath temperature have been re-adjusted. After re-adjustment, cell voltage has been reduced to 4.11V, bath ratio to 2.5, bath temperature to 950℃, while current efficiency has been increased to 93.7%. As compared to the previous indices, DC energy consumption for per tonnage of aluminum has been reduced by 1173kWh/t. The practice has shown that low-voltage operation of large prebaked cells is feasible. In this paper, the methods for adjustment of bath composition and temperature and cell voltage are presented.
