摘要 在冰草(Agropyroncristatum)种子发育过程中,随着种子的发育成熟,种子含水量逐渐下降,种子的干物质不断增加,直到盛花期后第30天达到生理成熟,含水量降到25.04%,干重达到最大为1.754mg/粒。采用7种活力测定方法的研究结果表明,随着种子的发育成熟,种子活力不断增加,在盛花期后第35天,种子活力达到最高水平。 Seed moisture content gradually decreased and seed dry matter increased during the seed development of Agropyron cristatum . Seed physiological maturity was achieved 30 days after peak anthesis with seed moisture content reduced to about 25.04% and dry matter reaching about 1.754 mg/seed. Seven test methods were used to study seed vigour of A. cristatum during seed development. Seed vigour continually increased with seed development, reaching maximum vigour 35 days after peak anthesis.
