微卫星DNA FGA多态性与精神分裂症发病和康复的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对微卫星DNAFGA多态性的分析,了解精神分裂症与FGA有关等位基因的关联情况。方法:32例慢性精神分裂症患者和123例随机人群采用PEProfilerplus系统进行PCR复合扩增,然后用ABI310型基因分析系统对扩增产物进行电泳和基因检测。结果:两组FGA等位基因频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(χ2=4.671,P>0.05);精神分裂症组FGA-18的检出率为6.25%,对照组的检出率为1.22%,两者差异有显著性意义(P=0.0354);其他各等位基因检出率两组差异无显著性意义(RR=5.40,P>0.05)。结论:FGA某些等位基因与精神分裂症的发病、治疗和康复效果有关。 AIM:To explore the association between schizophrenia and alleles related to FGA by analyzing the microsatellite DNA FGA gene polymorphism. METHODS:PCR compound amplification was conducted by using PE Profiler plus system in 32 patients with chronic schizophrenia and 123 random people,then the product of amplification was detected by using ABI310 system for electrophoresis and gene. RESULTS:The FGA allele frequency in the two groups accorded with the Hardy Weinberg equilibrium(χ2=46.71,P >0.05).The detection rate of FGA 18 was 6.25%in the schizophrenia group,significantly different from that in the control group(1.22%,RR=5.40,P=0.0354).There was no significant difference between the two groups in allele frequencies of other FGA.A few FGA alleles may be associated with the occurrence,treatment and rehabilitation of schizophrenia.
