摘要
目的:探讨感觉统合失调儿童感觉统合治疗前后P3波(P300)的改变。寻找感觉统合治疗疗效评价的客观指标。方法:测试25例感觉统合重度失调儿童与18例正常儿童的听觉事件相关电位。对其中经过40次以上感觉统合训练的患儿(n=12)在训练后再做P300复查。结果:①感觉统合失调组P3波的潜伏期较正常对照组明显延长,有显著差异性(t=5.35,P<0.001),P3波的波幅两者无明显差异(t=0.49,P>0.05)。②12例患儿治疗后做自身配对比较,其P3波的潜伏期较治疗前明显缩短(t=6.92,P<0.001),波幅也有明显增高(t=-3.28,P<0.01)。结论:感觉统合失调组儿童P3波潜伏期长,提示存在认知损害,而听觉事件相关电位P3波,能够反映感觉统合治疗对儿童认知功能的改善,可以作为临床评价的指标。
AIM:To explore the changes of P300(P3) before and after the sensory integrative therapy in children with sensory integrative dysfunction(SID),and to find the objective indexes of the evaluation on the effect. METHODS:Auditory event related potential was tested in 25 children with SID and 18 normal children.Twelve out of 25 were re assessed after 40 times' training. RESULTS:①The P3 latencies of in the SID group were significantly longer than those in the control group(t=5.35,P< 0.001),while the P3 amplitudes were not obviously different between the two groups(t=0.49,P >0.05).②The self pairing comparison after sensory integrative therapy showed that the P3 latencies were shortened obviously(t=6.92,P< 0.001),and amplitudes were increased significantly(t=-3.28,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The longer latencies of P3 may be the suggestion of cognitive function deficit in children with sensory integrative dysfunction,while the auditory event related potential P3 can reflect the improvement of the cognitive function,which can be taken as an index of clinical evaluation.
