Under the pressure of the situation home and abroad, the Soviet Union transferred the Policy of Wartime Communism to New Economy Policy in March 1921. During the execution of the New Policy, Lenin insisted on a realistic principle and positively engaged in exploring the market-oriented economy in the Soviet Russia. He thought and criticized the traditional socialism ideology profoundly, and firstly confirmed the integration of socialism and market economy mechanism in practice. The exploration of market-oriented economy of Lenin was a very important transformation of line in the history of socialism construction in twentieth century, which has a profound historic significance.
