摘要
目的观察新生儿红细胞增多症的治疗效果。方法对32例新生儿红细胞增多症治疗过程进行总结分析。结果全部病例在72h内血液化验检查HCT和Hb均恢复正常,临床症状明显改善。结论少量分次部分换血治疗本病安全有效。
Obievtive:To observe the effect of treatment of hemolytic disease of newborn Methods:The treatment process of 32 cases of hemolytic disease of newborn was summarized and analysed Results:The HCT and Hb hemanalysis of all patients got right in 72 hours and clinic symptom was improved obviousy Condusion:It was safe and effective to treat nemolytic disease of newborn by exchange of part of blood timely
