摘要
技术国际化已成为跨国公司发展的新趋势。跨国公司R＆D向中国的转移主要特点有分布区域相对集聚、R＆D行业分布相对集中、以生产服务型为主、核心研发始呈增长趋势、外商独资和中外合作是主要组织模式等。跨国公司研发中心或机构向中国的转移比之制造业的转移有着更深刻的经济和社会影响。本文详尽分析了跨国公司研发中心向中国转移对中国的影响,并提出了相应对策。
The internalization of technology is a new trend of Multinational Corporations. The Transfer to China of Multinational Corporations' R&D Facilities shows many characteristics, such as agglomeration to some areas, to some industries, servicing the product manufacturing mainly, joint venture and wholly owned subsidiary are the main modes, and etc. This new trend has many influents on the Economy and social development of China. The author analyze the properties of this trend, its influents and put forward our countermeasure at the end of the thesis.
