摘要
描述了人眼视觉系统(HVS)的基本特性,定义了曲线坐标上基于人类视觉系统凹陷响应的客观质量标准(FSNR/FWSNR),介绍了基于这些特性的有小凹的视频质量评价模型。
This paper presents some basic properties of Human Visual System (HVS). It defines objective quality criterions (FSNR/FWSNR) defined on curvilinear coordinates and based on the foveation response of the human visual system. Foveated video quality assessment models based on these visual characteristics are introduced.
