As a continuation, development and innovation of DENG'S development theory by the collective leadership of the Party Central Committee of the third generation with Jiang Ze-min at the core, it is significant for the socialist modernization drive and opening up new prospects for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to give top priority to development in governing and rejuvenating the country.
