摘要
为了进一步完善直动推杆式直线减速器的设计计算理论 ,文章在对此减速器受力及二维有限元分析基础上 ,进行了三维有限元分析 ,以该直线减速器的关键构件———稀、密齿条为研究对象 ,应用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件 ,求出了两齿条的应力分布及变形情况 ,得到了具有实际意义的结论。
In order to consummate further the theory of design and calculation of straight-push-rod linear reducer,here the calculation of three-dimensional finite element on the basis of analysis force and two-dimensional finite element analysis is carried on. It takes rear rack and dense rack which are two important parts of straight-push-rod linear reducer as research objects. Adopting the large-scare FEM software ANSYS , it gains the distribution of internal stress and deformation for two racks, and draws the conclusion which is of practice significance .
