摘要
文章介绍了HSE管理体系在胜利孤岛油田 9- 712井检拔绕丝填砂注灰作业中的应用情况 ,探讨了在小修作业现场实施HSE管理模式的措施。由于HSE管理的成功应用 ,该井达到了零误工时、无井下作业设备事故及无工伤事故等目标 ,作业一次成功 ,施工工序全优率达 10 0 %。
In this paper, it introduces HSE management system application in the operation of wire-wrapped screen detecting, sand packing and cementing at well 9-172 in Gudao Oilfield, and talks about the measures of applying HSE model at site maintenance. Because the system is successful applied, well 9-172 has been operated with no delaying working hour, no down-hole accident,no and equipment damage and , no worker's injury.
