摘要
针对设备在维修前需要进行拆分,同时维修工人对设备不同部分具有不同的维修效率,提出了一种基于维修时间优化的决策方法,并设计了遗传算法,讨论了其收敛性.数值算例表明,该算法是可行的.
This paper discussed how to arrange fleet maintenance process and accelerate repair speed in order to improve company's competitive ability. Based on the fact that the assets need to be disassembled before repair and different servicemen have different repair speed to different part, a maintenance decision method was provided which is based on time optimization. There is no requirement to the number of tasks for any serviceman, called unbalanced task assignment. Also a genetic algorithm was developed to solve this NP-hard problem and discussed its convergence. The numerical example shows that the algorithm is feasible.
